- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds of any kind.
- Custom Leather Bibles does accept exchanges on unused items that have NOT been marked or written in, or that have NOT been personalized with any type of custom engraving. The item must be re-sellable, and sent back within thirty (30) days of sale. We are always happy to work with you and quick to respond to your emails before you order to make sure you choose the products that you want.
- Customers are required to pay shipping both ways on exchanges.
- Any custom items or personal name engraved items are final sale and not valid for exchange or returns.
- Custom Leather Bibles does accept order cancellation within 12 hours of order placement free of charge. After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Returned for exchange items must be in brand new condition, unworn/unused.
- All returns/exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. Email customleatherbibles@gmail.com to get your exchange approved.
